7 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies

Breakfast smoothies are so in trend these days. Plus there are a lot of health benefits for starting your day with a satisfying, yummy serving of blended fruits and vegetables. Some of the Smoothies are also known as breakfast shakes, weight loss smoothies, green smoothies, or detox smoothies. They are enriched in nutrition as well as protein and lots of fiber. After eating a healthy breakfast smoothie in the morning, you won’t ever feel heavy or bloated.

 Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Smoothie:

This Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Smoothie is full of protein and contains oatmeal, which can help lower cholesterol. Take 1 cup frozen peach slices, 1 cup Greek yogurt (I like unsweetened, but peach flavor is excellent here), ¼ cup oatmeal, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup almond milk.  Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Almond Butter and Jelly Smoothie:

Take 2 cups of spinach, fresh, 2 cups of almond milk, unsweetened, 2 cups of red grapes, 2 bananas and last but not least take 4 tablespoons of almond butter.Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Next, add the remaining fruits and blend again.

A Sweet Peer Smoothie:

Take 2 cups of spinach, fresh, 2 cups of almond milk, unsweetened, 4 pears,1 banana, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Next, add the remaining fruits and blend again. Top with cinnamon.

Jalapeno Green Smoothie:

 banana, spinach, mango, and jalapeno pepper in a blender. Add water and blend until smooth. By adding more water you can make a  thinner smoothie.

Kale Banana Smoothie:

1 banana,Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it about 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Raw Mango Monster Smoothie:

 First of all, blend flax seeds then add pepitas and blend until ground, about 1 minute. Put mango, banana, water, ice cubes, and kale in the blender, blend until smooth. Add more water if you want to make a thinner smoothie.

Banana Pineapple Green Smoothie:

 First, blend soy milk and spinach together in a blender. Then add water, banana, and pineapple; blend until smooth.
